2. Desktop Applications Privacy (Zero Telemetry Guarantee)

All desktop software published by Advanced Management Solutions operates under a strict Zero Telemetry & Local Execution Architecture:

• 100% Offline & Local Processing: All application functionality—including time rendering, audio analysis, MIDI synthesis, PDF manipulation, and video processing—runs entirely on your local CPU and GPU. Your files, documents, audio recordings, and media never leave your computer.
• No Analytics or Tracking SDKs: We do not include third-party tracking libraries, advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel), or user profiling tools in any of our binaries.
• No Background Network Transmission: Our desktop applications do not transmit usage telemetry, crash logs, device fingerprints, or IP addresses to any remote server during operation.
• Local Configuration Storage: User preferences are stored strictly on your local disk in standard application data directories and are never synchronized to any cloud database.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

To eliminate any ambiguity, our software applications do NOT collect, store, sell, or share:

• Your name, email address, postal address, or physical location.
• Your hardware serial numbers, MAC addresses, or biometric data.
• Content from your documents, PDFs, audio tracks, MIDI scores, or video files.
• Keystrokes, mouse movements, or application usage duration.
• Browsing history or data from other installed software.

4. Downloads Portal & Web Infrastructure (download.amsol.ca)

When you visit our public download portal at https://download.amsol.ca:

• Web Server Access Logs: Server logs record IP addresses and user agents solely for DDoS protection and performance, and are purged within 30 days.
• No Tracking Cookies: The download portal does not use tracking cookies or marketing pixels.
• Local UI Preferences: The website utilizes browser localStorage strictly to remember your Dark/Light theme preference.

5. Open Source Transparency & Code Signing (SignPath Foundation)

Advanced Management Solutions is committed to verifiable open-source software integrity:

• Public Source Code: Our application build specifications and distribution repositories are openly maintained on GitHub at https://github.com/alaahadyhostinger/download.
• Cryptographic SHA-256 Checksums: We publish SHA-256 cryptographic hashes for all distribution packages and binaries on our website.
