Windows. magicpdf-setup.exe is a portable
executable — run it directly, there is no install wizard.
macOS. Open the .dmg, then double-click
Install to Applications.command. If macOS blocks it, right-click it
and choose Open. Requires Python 3.10+; the first launch downloads
about 200 MB of components once.
Convert and edit video files.

Windows. Run magicvideo-setup.exe and follow the
installer.
macOS. Not available yet. This page enables the macOS button automatically once the build is published.
These builds are not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen shows an
“unrecognised publisher” warning — choose More info → Run anyway.
On macOS you may need to clear the download quarantine flag; the installer
script inside the .dmg does this for you.
Because the builds are unsigned, you can confirm a download is intact by checking its SHA-256 fingerprint against the value published by GitHub:
